Founded by Michelle and Amy, Belle’s Bookkeeping is a mother-daughter partnership built on a shared commitment to excellence. Together, we combine decades of financial expertise with a fresh, modern perspective to help your business thrive.
Amy brings over 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, supporting business owners through everything from payroll and sales tax to reconciliations and month-end processes.
Interestingly, her path into accounting began unexpectedly. While originally planning for a career in nursing, she took an accounting class expecting an easy math credit and quickly discovered it was something she genuinely loved and excelled in.
Throughout her career, Amy has worked closely with small business owners to create organized, reliable financial systems that bring clarity and consistency to their day-to-day operations. She is known for her steady, dependable approach and takes pride in doing things thoroughly, accurately, and the right way.
Amy especially enjoys working with newer business owners and entrepreneurs who are building something of their own. She values the energy, curiosity, and fresh perspectives they bring, and enjoys helping clients establish strong financial habits from the very beginning.

Michelle is a bookkeeping professional who enjoys helping small business owners feel organized, confident, and supported in their finances. She holds a two-year bookkeeping certificate and has two years of experience working with a variety of small businesses.
Her path into bookkeeping wasn’t perfectly linear—she’s worked in roles ranging from restaurants and banking to public service and even guiding tours in Montana. Those experiences shaped her ability to connect with people, stay adaptable, and approach challenges with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
Michelle is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and patient, and she takes pride in helping clients truly understand their numbers—not just keeping records. She especially values the personal side of working with small businesses and enjoys building relationships that feel genuine and supportive.
